business development plan for your review, input and discussion.
The next step is to develop together an implementation plan. This
could include drafting the introductory letters, setting up meetings
with pharmaceutical companies, assistance in preparing for presentations,
attendance at meetings, developing negotiations strategy, and
participating in negotiations.
We
will do any of the above as specific stand alone projects, (including
market research or competitive intelligence if needed) or conduct
the entire business development process.

develops individual work plans for each company we work with,
since every company is at a different stage and has different
needs and budgets.
BioMatch
charges are based on time. In general we charge by the day, plus
expenses. We are happy to give you a specific estimate for the
costs to perform your project.
We
work with companies to both acquire and license out rights to
products and technologies for companies worldwide, as well as
to establish development and marketing partnerships.
